Washington plays long game to have Manuel Chang extradited to US

The former Mozambican minister of finances will soon be extradited to the United States, where he will be tried for corruption as part of a hidden debt case. Washington, which wanted to avoid having him extradited to Mozambique at all costs, called on several civil society organisations in his homeland to achieve its goal.
