The planned Nzilo II hydroelectric plant in Lualaba province is continuing to cause collateral damage. Following the sacking of a senior budget ministry official and his subsequent questioning by the security services, disciplinary proceedings have now been launched against the head of the regulatory body for public contracts after a falling out with the minister responsible for the project.
