Gaddafi's 'Air Force One' still stuck in France as EACS's technicians struggle to get visas
Libyan state-owned airline EACS is set to retake possession of the Airbus A340 which served as Muammar Gaddafi's presidential jet. The aircraft's return is being held up, however, by the unwillingness of the French embassy in Libya to issue visas for the company's technicians.
