Dabaiba reboots private investigators chasing Gaddafi loot
Prime Minister Abdelhamid Dabaiba took control of the institutions tasked with identifying and recovering the massive amounts of money misappropriated during the Gaddafi era. And since the beginning of his term in office, he has also contacted some of the private investigators who had offered their services to previous Libyan governments.
