Ichrak Moubsit captains Akhannouch's team in Glasgow
Ichrak Moubsit, head of communications at the Moroccan agriculture ministry since 2009, has followed Aziz Akhannouch and become de facto head of his private office. She was the only adviser to go with him to the COP26 in Glasgow.
