Ouattara scolds ministers over reform delays
The Ivorian president has reprimanded his government over the slow pace of the reforms it is meant to be carrying out. He also pointedly noted that Prime Minister Patrick Achi must take precedence over the executive director of the ruling party, Adama Bictogo.
